Hi there,
I am attempting to troubleshoot why after I submit a Request (Tuition Reimbursement) it is not sending an email out to the group that the case has been assigned to. I have looked at the Workflow as well as the Email Notification in question and based off the conditions, it SHOULD generate an email for the group that was assigned based off the assignment rules that has been created. I have also looked at the logs but it doesn't appear that an email is ever being generated for the assignment group, however the user who submits the request (as long as they have an email) is in fact receiving the email notification from the Workflow.

Please confirm you have a notification defined for the Total Rewards COE/table for assignment group changes. If so, make sure the case is not getting assigned to an individual upon creation.
