Hello All,
I am working on below notification:
Name: HR Case changed
Table: sn_hr_core_case
Who will receive : Send to event creator, Event parm 2 contains recipient
Can anyone please help me to understand this notification.

Hello,
Check these three places
1) Business rule
2) Scheduled job
3) Inbound action.
4) Workflow
I believe it is triggering from Scheduled job or inbound action

Hi
"sn_hr_core_case.changed" event is generally triggered by Business rules whenever the state, assignee, assignment group and work notes are changed in the HR case table (sn_hr_core_case).
This notification goes to the user who is making this change and also to the Group,users who is part of the case.
