HR Case Management fields not visible

Ive installed the HR application on my dev instance but I have found that only the System Admin account is able to see certain fields within the case management form

For example 'Opened for' and 'Assigned to'

I assumed this must be role related so I gave a user every HR role that there is and they are still unable to see these fields.

Any ideas where I am going wrong?

The user has read access on field level, Can you also please check if there are any UI policies or client scripts written to hide those field?



Are you using HR Service field on your form? I could find 2 UI policies which can be related to your issue.



Show HR service fields on load


Hide HR service fields and related lists

I cant see any UI policies that might be causing the issue.


I cant see the two you mention though. I'm running Helsinki

Got it. It was an ACL that I'd edited a while ago. It was 'sys_user' rather than 'sys_user.*' which I'd checked previously..
