HR Issue Auto Resolution do not auto display recommendations. Always a page refresh is needed

Hi,
I was wondering if others are facing the similar issue with the HR Issue auto resolution solution. When i submit a request example Generic Inquiry, the system assign to the hr bot. but keeps in that stage unless i refresh my screen. Then the system will show a " recommendation" tab.. with the 5 items.
I was wondering if this is a bug in the platform.. that there is no auto page refresh.. like it do with the feed widget.
This is the tab that doesnt showup (only with page refresh)

The Issue Auto Resolution for HR application uses artificial intelligence (AI) to provide near real-time responses to your employee's routine inquiries. When your employees use the request and response channels, you can collect their feedback to improve the quality of the recommendations.
Setting up Issue Auto Resolution helps your organization to provide near real-time responses to your employee's routine inquiries. To view the settings for Issue Auto Resolution, navigate to All > Issue Auto Resolution > Settings.
Many settings are preset for Issue Auto Resolution. To learn more about task configuration settings, see Configure and run auto-resolution simulations.

Sandeep,
im talking about an issue that i got that there is not auto page refresh. Im not talking about the working of the feature. I know how it works and how to configure. I even use a pre-build demohub environment. I only thinks there is a bug in it and want to check if others facing the same issue
