HR Task Type: Schedule A meeting

The Washington release notes states to setup the Schedule a meeting hr task type you need the following:

 'For the meeting invite and scheduling capability, you must install the ServiceNow Microsoft Outlook spoke.'

Are we using a spoke for this or is it the plugin (com.sn_outlook_addin)?
