Hi all,
Maybe a silly question but is it possible to use a phased implementation approach in HRSD with Case and Knowledge Management and Employee Center Pro?
For example, you introduce Case and Knowledge Management (for internal HR Agents) and then Employee Center Pro afterwards (for employees, etc.).
I don't know if that is possible, but would love to hear from people's HRSD implementation experience.

That's the correct approach for many of the organizations who wants to go in phased implementation Approach!!
First you implement HRSD with Case and Knowledge Management for your internal HR agents such that they get accustomed with the system and gain confidence. Then you can opt for Employee center Pro configurations.

You always to implement HRSD as following orders:. You can implement them in different Sprints as well as different phases based on your own company requirement.
- HR Case and HR Service configuration
- Knowledge
- ECP

Thank you @Community Alums - Yes thats what I was curious about. I know that you would implement the components (HR Case, ECP) at different times, but wasn't sure if you would go-live with them at different times.
For example:
HRSD Case and Knowledge - Launches in June 2023 - December 2023
ECP - Launches in December 2023
So it sounds like some clients will do the above schedule
