log in the back end of service now, in the menu ALL , some users don't see the full menu for knowledge (published, create new, unpublished etc....) ; they just see knowledge and home page
which role its needed?

can anyone help?

@Gangaiah Deepu without additional details it appears that those users do not have the knowledge role. This role will yield the additional items as you require (see below).
