How can I create Report to show how many times a case was rejected after case was moved to Awaiting acceptance step?

 

How can I create Report to show the rejection reason for each rejection if the case was rejected more than once after case was moved to Awaiting acceptance step?

Hi @abhisek  ,

Unfortunately you can't capture this through normal report designer, as it will always show the current state of the HR case. If you need to capture the progress, you should utilize performance analytics instead.
