The important things to point out here:
- If you are entitled/licensed for HRSD, you should be using that scoped application for HR requests due to high possibility of private information being put into those. They should not be created within ITSM.
- If you are entitled for HRSD, I would recommend using Employee Center Pro for one unified portal for both IT and HR for a better experience. Your employees should need to know which portal to go to in order to get help. You are putting the responsibility on them to know who (i.e., HR or IT) owns what process and can help them with what.
- If you do not own HRSD, I would recommend migrating from Service Portal to Employee Center. This can still be one unified portal for all departments. Employee Center is the updated and recommended portal approach for all departments now. You still have all the functionality of service portal, plus more. Research it. --> Migrate from service portal to employee center
- If your business insists on them being separate portals still, you can create multiple service portals or employee centers. Each portal can have it's own search sources and content.

Hi Pavan,
Thank you for your kind reply.
I want to configure the HR Incidents within the existing ITSM but want to have a different portal for the HR incidents other than the ITSM portal.
