I need to know where the information in HRSD Tabs are stored in ServiceNow

I configured some Tabs on a HRSD case form (see attached) and I need to find the 'name' of these Tabs, so that I can Hide/Unhide them.

Can someone please direct me to were these "name" information are stored?
