Is there anyone who configured the Successfactors integration through the SAP CPI platform by using API management? Does it work? Any thoughts about using SAP CPI platform instead of a direct integration with Successfactors would be appreciated.

Hi,
I'm also trying to do a similar integration through SAP Cloud Platform Integration.
Have you already solved it?
Thank you

Hi Ibrahim,
We have solved this! We are using mututal authentication with SAP CPI and publish the Successfactors API's (OData and SOAP) using API management in SAP CPI. This works great!
SAP CPI has an OData adapter and a SOAP adapter for Successfactors which can be used to publish the Successfactors API's on API management in SAP CPI.

Hi ,
Please let me know if you have used the Out of the box Success factor integration in Service Now and used the Mutual authentication ?
We have similar requirement and having trouble in setting up the certificates for mutual authentication.

Hi MrMan,
We used the out of the box integration and mutual authentication.
The following article explains a good deal of the configuration on the ServiceNow side:
https://letsdotech.dev/2020/12/22/mutual-auth-nginx-and-servicenow/
For the connection with SAP CPI, you need a trusted client certificate.
Hope this helps.
