Integration with Successfactors through SAP CPI platform (API management)

Is there anyone who configured the Successfactors integration through the SAP CPI platform by using API management? Does it work? Any thoughts about using SAP CPI platform instead of a direct integration with Successfactors would be appreciated.

Good day.

 

Just checking if using CPI is more ideal than just going straight through to SF from the ServiceNow Integration Hub and spoke? For the standard interface, we can still leverage the ServiceNow spoke flows to query SF? What will be an ideal way of querying Employee Master?
