Is the HR Lifecycle Activity Set Progress Bar (sn_hr_le_activity_set_progress_bar) broken in Orlando

Just started looking into Orlando - the HR Lifecycle Activity Set Progress Bar is not rendered on the UI16 case form, even though it's there. Anybody else noticed that (and has a solution)?

@Christian Probst I spoke to the team and another thing to check for is to go to the LE type and verify if all the Activity Sets (Pre-Hire, Pre-Boarding etc) have a valid value for Display title. They have seen this issue only when Display title is empty. Display title is mandatory from Orlando on and it will always be populated with a value for newly created activity sets. It’s also updated during upgrades for existing Activity Sets.

So - I guess my problem and the issue is that I used the "Clone Lifecycle Event" action. I noticed that the field is mandatory in the cloned activity sets but could not be bothered to put something in 😉 The clone action did not populate them.
