Issue accessing the HRM Ticket Page

We have an issue where A user can access the details of a Case / Ticket via the native application, but when same user attempts to access those details via the HRM Ticket Page (hrm_ticket_page) then the user see's no details (see screenshot below):

I believe this is an issue with the widget but I would be with one of the widgets on the page rather than security, as the users can access the details elsewhere.

@Markell Please open the hrm_ticket_page in the page editor and check the widgets added on this page. Check the roles on the widget and see if correct roles are added on it (role using which the user can see case on the backend). Once the correct roles are added on the widget the data will start showing on it.
