KB Article shows blank screen

Hi All,

 

When I am trying to view HR KB article , it shows blank screen for some users but for others it is working fine. I checked the user criteria for Knowledge base and it is fine and I ran KB article and Knowledge base diagnostics , it shows the user has access to read and contribute. When I debugged using $scope.data, it shows me error as TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'ADD_COMMENT').

 

Could someone tell what could be the issue here?

If you are not indicated a script include or place where that error message is coming from I would try to run the Script Tracer

Hi Max,

 

Thank you but issue is while viewing the KB article via Service Portal or workspaces for some of the HR users. If I impersonate them and then test run script tracer it won't work.
