We have install below plugins for KB article rating and KB feedback task:
1) com.snc.knowledge_advanced
2) com.snc.knowledge_serviceportal
Using above plugin we made some cutomization that when user set the rating below 2/3 then automatically a 'knowledge feedback task'. But the issue is that this task is assign to 'manager of that KB author'.
This 'knowledge feedback task' should assign to the 'kb author' only.
Kindly instruct me how to customize this.
