Hey all,
Does anyone have any experience with configuring the Microsoft Exchange Online spoke to enable outlook meeting scheduling from ER interviews and HR tasks. I have configured the OOTB spoke connection and set up the credentials to correspond with the Azure App that was created with applications permissions Calendars.ReadWrite and User.Read.All and can successfully retrieve the OAuth token from the OAuth profile record.
I have tested the OOTB spoke flow actions and can see when I test the "Lookup TimeZones" or "Lookup Schedules" that i get back the data from the email address that I enter and can see timezone or schedule data. However, when I click the OOTB button in workspace on an ER Interview called "Schedule Calendar Invite", the modal opens but doesn't show availability for the interviewee so something doesn't seem to be connected properly. I can select a time under the "All times" section and then click schedule but that doesn't create an event in the spoke events table so something isn't right there either.
Is there more that needs to be configured for this to work, webhooks, calendars, system properties? We want to remain strictly OOTB so no customisation, it seems like it should be simple to set up once the connection and credentials are set up and working but the documentation for this functionality doesn't seem great
Any help is appreciated

Raised an SN support case and they figured out that the issue was using application permissions when delegate permissions are required for the OOTB flows and actions to work properly. So once this was configured the availability times populated and worked properly on the interview record
