Hi guys,
I created a knowledge base called for example KBA
I created some articles to test on KBA knowledge base to test contextual search but when I search for the keywords, it doesn't show any articles but I can see that contextual search is working but not showing anything.
Any help?
Thanks

The new KB will need to be added to your "Resource Configuration" condition.
1) Navigate to Contextual Search > Search Context
2) Open the correct record (e.g., "HR Knowledge Base Search")
3) Select the "Resource Configuration" related list/tab
4) Open the Resource Configuration record for Knowledge
5) Open the "Condition" and add your KB sys_id to the list

Hi Susan
The resolution steps you have mentioned already configured in our system, but we are not able to find the KB article with title but we were able to see it with KB number. However, we are able to see through contextual search in the lower instance. Please suggest if any other alternative ?
Thank You!
