My request content to be changed on ESC portal

Hi Team,

How to change the below My request widget content as shown below to HR Case list view(2nd screenshot). When clicked on My requests, it should show 2nd screenshot HR Cases list view assigned to(DYNAMIC) me.Can someone please help?

@Ram33843094 In order to show the HR Case list, you will need to make changes in Employee Center Header  widget in Employee Center scope.

Here on the line 

<a href="?id=my_requests" id="cases_popup" aria-label="${My Requests}" role="menuitem">

instead of navigating user to my_request, you can choose to navigate them to your page showing list of HR Cases.

 

Please be informed that this change will invalidate the existing the Restricted Caller Access records. You will have to set all the invalidated records to Allowed in their respective scope.

Thank you @Sandeep Rajput for the solution. Actually I created a new simple list widget and configured instance options too. That's worked as well.

 

Can you also provide any inputs on the below.

 

After submission of Order guide on ESC portal, the request summary displays something as below  and the fields such as delivery date , quantity , state are not required in our case,  Can we remove these fields completely and instead add relevant fields like assigned to/assignment group/state of RITM.

 

Note : New computer and VPN are RITM's here below.
