Not able to switch the Application scope to Human Resources: Core

Hi

 

I am not able to switch to Human Resources: Core application scope in my PDI .

The system administrator has all the required sn_hr_core role

@Charutha R1  First thing is that after you activate the Human Resources Core application, you will have to log off and log back on to update the cache for your user. If you had already done that, you then need to ensure the user you are logged in as has the HR Admin role. You can also grant delegated developer to this role for other users in order to see the scope, but this is not your issue, just an FYI. 

 

Let us know if your user has the HR Admin role (sn_hr_core.admin) and you are still unable to see the scope in the list.

@Charutha R1 This has to be a cache issue if the pluigin installed correctly. I would try a cache.do in order to flush the cache on that instance, log out, then back in again.
