On Employe Service Portal(ESC)on standard ticket page how to add a watch list functionality. Please check the attached screen for reference. Kindly suggest me how can we do this functionality.

@busireddy - Hello!
Question: When you say to add the Watch List functionality. Are you looking to show WHO is added to the watch list for a record? Just like it shows who the requested for person is? Or are you looking to add Watch List to the portal side so that someone can be added while the record is ongoing? So, what exactly are you looking to do with the addition of the Watch List there?
If you are simply looking to just add the field to the top to show if/when someone is in the Watch List, you could do that through the 'HR Case Header Configuration'.
Once there, this will also allow for people to be added or removed
