Hi All,
Whenever an end user give feedback on the ka in the esc pro portal. A knowledge feedback task is created for the author , but how will the end user communicate with the author on the portal. Please help

From the portal side, from my knowledge, you would need to do some customization to have the employee communicate with the Author regarding the feedback. I have not seen that done before.
An approach that I have seen done before is having a notification created that is sent to the employee. Similar to adding additional comments from an HR Case. Using that same concept, the author can add an additional comment to the feedback task record, notification sent to employee, and the employee can reply back which will then be posted to the feedback record. With this approach, the Reply inbound email action should be able to direct the incoming email correctly.
But if you would rather have the employee communicate from the portal, you would need to build something for that - again, to my knowledge.
