Scheduled report Included in email functionality

Hi all, 

 

I have send two reports in single email, I have created a scheduled report "Open tickets" and scheduled to run on daily basis. In the Included in email I have attached another report " Closed Tickets" this one also I scheduled at same time as above one. However, when the report runs I received two emails..

1."closed tickets" report email

2. "Open Tickets" email with two attachments.

 

As per the Logic, I should receive only the "2" option which has two attachments.

Can anyone suggest where did It went wrong..?

Did you also put a recipient in the 'included in email' record (the closed tickets)? Remove that. Then it will only be part of the 'Open tickets' email
