Service Portal - Standard Ticket Header widget not showing for opened by user

Hello,

Currently, the opened by user cannot see the standard ticket header in the portal.

It shows for the opened for user but not opened by.

we need to amend this so opened by can also see this standard ticket header

 

currently showing like this..

but should display like this:

I have had a look at the standard ticket configuration table but I'm not sure which table this bereavement record producer sits under and which one needs editing and how.

Can someone help me with this please.

ended up not using the widget and instead unticked the advanced box below and used the info fields.

worked exactly the same way!

Also @Anil Lande the specific record producer that I am submitting is for table sn_hr_core_case_benefits however I cannot see a ticket configuration for that table in the ticket configurations list.

So how do I know which of the existing configurations I need to amend?

I have a requirement to show the below standard ticket header for opened by users too.

Currently it is only visible to the Opened for user.

I believe this logic is scripted inside the widget so it only displays for Opened for users and approvers.

need help edit this widget so It also displays for opened by users too please?

Hi,

Portal Page has to be updated to standard ticket page in Portal settings in "Request filter" table as below.

Please navigate to Service Catalog > Catalog Administration > My Request Filter.

I have updated the portal page to standard ticket page for HR cases open filter, you can apply the same for other filters as well where needed.
