If you are working in partner company of ServiceNow then you can request partner portal access to ServiceNow, So now learning will be available for you in free of cost. 

You need to complete the below course to get the voucher.

thank you so much for your quick response. My company uses servicenow but I don’t have access to HR portal to learn free of cost. Is there a study guide for certification exam ?

Usually, we get the ebook once we enroll for the course which is like a soft copy of the course in a book, ebook is the best study material you can go through, Apart from that you can take few practice tests in Udemy as well.
