We have this business requirement:
- Create classes and courses on SuccessFactors LMS via ServiceNow Record Producer
- The SuccessFactors requires a CSV file that must be sent on their SFTP server
I am looking for possible solutions on this and whether it is feasible. We do not use mid-servers on our instance as of the moment. But these are the solutions I have seen on the docs:
- Export Sets
- STFP steps / actions on flow
Anyone implemented a similar solution before? Any leads will be helpful. Thank you.
