Hi..
Does anyone know if there is a possibility to set a default value for the Employee on the case creation page?
Thanks for the reply.
Best regards,
Catherine

Hello,
The page you see while creating is a UI page named "case_creation"
You will have to completely customize the UI page for achieving your requirement where you would be hardcoding a user, however this is a change which one should not attempt and neither is something I believe worth to attempt.

Hi @Cathy8 ,
In short it's not Possible !!
As if you have a Employee being defaulted then all the cases for any Hr service would have only That employee and HRSD won't serve it's purpose.

Hi.. thanks for the reply.
We actually want to set the Employee to be the one creating the case.
But yeah.. I also don't think it's possible OOB.

You can restrict in the HR service level itself. Rather the customizing the OOTB Behavior.
