Setting up Oauth for SuccessFactors integration using SuccessFactors spoke V4.0.1

We are trying to integrate ServiceNow with SuccessFactors using SuccessFactor spoke v4.0.1 (https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/tokyo-application-development/page/administer/integrationhub-stor...).

In order to setup the oauth, the prerequisite is to have the valid JKS certificate. Is ServiceNow responsible for generating the JKS certificate? We believe that it should to be generated at SuccessFactors end.

Do we have to provide any public/private keys for them to generate the JKS file? If yes, how to do that? Do we have any documentations available for the reference?

Hi pooja,

do you get any answer?

Do we have to provide any public/private keys for them to generate the JKS file? If yes, how to do that?

It should be done by SAP team. so connect with them with this documentation for reference

Hi,

Is this resolved? We are also trying to set up the connection, but unable to generate the jks certificate. Can anyone mention the steps?

Take a look at this post detailing the setup and the comments: SuccessFactors Integration with SuccessFactors Spoke .

Do not use the auto-generated certs from Successfactors - it is encrypted and can't be used in the JKS. Ask your certificate team to provide you with certs and jks that can be used in Successfactors and ServiceNow.
