Showing DotWalked fields on HR Agent Workspace

Hello

 

One of the requirements that we have regarding the case creation on the Agent Workspace is the ability to pull up information from reference fields on loading of the form and ensuring that information is available.  In this case, we want to show information related to the selected Subject Person, except that when we try to include dot walked fields in the Case Creation view, it does not show these fields at all.  Is there a reason why this is happening when we choose a subject person?

 

One option we are looking at is to use some sort of client interface to pull up this interface, we do have some fields that we can use to populate this information but we have no info on how to set this up.

 

Would appreciate some techniques as to how to set this functionality up.

Here is an alternate question:

Where is this widget stored?  Maybe this widget needs to have the correct info if it is showing Employee Information?
