Hi All,
I need to run a SLA on an HR Task, Is this possible? I need to run the SLA when the HR Task starts and when the HR Task is closed.

You should be able to create SLA definitions on any table extended from task including HR Tasks. You just need to define your conditions and the table it is running against. Here is a link to the docs for how to create an SLA Definition:

Hi ccajohnson,
Thank you for you reply. However i am using the HR Task table and I don't see an option to run the conditions based on the HR TASK Template. So I don't know what conditions to run it off since I am looking to track the start and stop time of the HR TASK.

Are you referring to "hr task template", as the template that is produced from the HR Service?
If not, can you elaborate more?
When selecting the table HR Task for the SLA Definition, with the Start condition, you can select Template - which will show all the HR Service's Templates that are created. But, that's if this is what you are referring too.
Using this and clicking on the magnifying glass will bring up your template list
If this is all wrong and not at all what you mean - maybe you can provide more details on your end.
Thanks!

Hi Rob,
This is exactly what I'm looking for, however for some reason the SLA still won't run based off the HR Template. It's really weird. Not sure what I'm missing here.
