SLA and HR Tasks

Hi All,
I need to run a SLA on an HR Task, Is this possible? I need to run the SLA when the HR Task starts and when the HR Task is closed.

Are you able to provide screen shots of your set up and conditions?

I wanna make sure I am seeing this correctly.
You have an SLA start with the Closed State for a condition using Report Inquiry as the Template.
Then the SLA stop with the Ready State for condition using a different Template.
Personally to me that seems backwards and wrong. Why would you have an SLA start with the Closed State? And then try to stop the SLA using the Ready State with a totally different Template?
And your duration is 2 days. Which means you won't see the kickoff of the SLA until 2 business days have gone by, with the Task using Report Inquiry as the Template and the State is closed.
Is that really the requirement?

So I have several tasks that run in a workflow and the requirement is to set up SLA's based on the start and stop of each task. The next SLA shouldnt start until yask 1 is complete. Do I have it set up wrong?

Wait - I think I know what we are doing wrong. Those templates are from the Parent HR Case - HR Task table do have their own:
So, I think that is where we are going wrong. From the Template field on the Task Form, it only uses those on the HR Task table.
So, if you need the templates you are using now, you may have to reproduce those on the HR Task table also.
