Hi All,
I need to run a SLA on an HR Task, Is this possible? I need to run the SLA when the HR Task starts and when the HR Task is closed.

No I'm confused. When you say reproduce those on the HR Task table can you elaborate?

I believe you will need to create those HR Templates on the Task table to match the ones on the Case Table, that you want to use.
So in your SLA test example, you are looking to use Report Inquiry and then General Benefit Inquiry. I believe you will need to create those same Templates on the Task Table, so that you can use them from the Template field on the Task form.
From the Task form, have Template on the layout:
Click magnify glass to see your list of templates - click new to create the Report Inquiry template
Here is the template form:
Fill out as needed, the name would be Report Inquiry - you select the table you are putting this new template on - 'Template' field will populate once you give this new template a name, and from there you can make it so the short description on the Task form automatically populates with 'Report Inquiry' (but this is not mandatory as you can leave short description to be free text by the users) - you can link this to other things but I don't think you will need to.
Then, you can create your SLAs using these templates from the Task Table, and test more to see if they start to fire off.
This is where my thought process is going.

Yes, I have this. I think I figured out the issue. The issue had to do with the scope. The SLA scope is in global and I'm in the HR Lifecycle event scope. Once I resolved this issue, it fired off.
