This document could not be loaded in ESC My To-dos

Hello everyone, 

After created a HR Task and assigned to user with E-Signature. In the ESC, My Tasks can not load the PDF file and show that message. Can can't find what is missing.

I had a similar problem:

1. I had an activity in an activity set
2. The activity had an HR Template that was an HR Task Type of e-signature
3. The HR Task Template's E-Signature Template had:
   1. Document Type: Managed Document
   2. E-signature type: signature
   3. Manage Document > had a document revision that had its Stage set to 'ready to publish' (or something like that)
   4. I opened that document and clicked the Publish Revision button and that seemed to fix it.

Hi there,

I have find a solution in the document Docs .

In the HR Service, you must choose Automatically Create Draft Document. Then in the ESC Portal user can see the PDF file.
