This document could not be loaded in ESC My To-dos

Hello everyone, 

After created a HR Task and assigned to user with E-Signature. In the ESC, My Tasks can not load the PDF file and show that message. Can can't find what is missing.

 Make sure the HR template you are using for this activity has all the fields filled in correctly , speacially 

value for pdf template below to the case template. NOT the hr task template but the case template.

the PDF is generated in back-end view and HR user can edit and sign it. But when I add a task for user, they can not see the PDF in ESC portal.

It's also have the PDF Template value.

Hi there,

I have find a solution in the document Docs .

In the HR Service, you must choose Automatically Create Draft Document. Then in the ESC Portal user can see the PDF file.
