timezone not working

Hi All,

When user select time zone form the  portal , it is available only for the particular session time. When user logs off they need to select their time zone again , is there a workaround around it?

What is myhrconnection portal? Is this a ServiceNow portal? If so, are you using some custom widget for this?

Without knowing any of you configuration, it's impossible to give a correct answer.

@kali As @Peter Bodelier mentioned we will need more details to understand what is happening. Be that as it may, you can check to see if when you update the Time Zone in the portal is it updating the time zone on the user record? Lastly, what portal are you using (ESC, EC, EC Pro, or the standard sp)?
