Hi All,
I am working on uploading a few federal forms to the HR PDF template area and some of the forms aren't producing actual fields. How do I fix this? See issue below. I have also attached the screenshot
Please help!

From your screen shot I can see (Fillable) fields on the document. If you open the pdf template in a PDF editor you can see the properties of the field that you are expecting in the parsed fields list. It can be just that it is not a fillable field, or a field name is duplicated so only 1 shows up (could be a duplicate of a field that is showing already). The best option is to evaluate the field in a PDF editor. This will tell the story as to why you are not seeing it as a parsed field.
As always, we are glad to assist.
Regards,
Mike

If you were able to parse it then it is a fillable form. Based on your screenshot, it looks like you parsed it (i.e., it is a fillable form).
