User Experience analytics dash board access issue

Hi All,😁
I installed the User analytics plugin and added the following roles to the report admin
analytics_admin,
analytics_viewer,
mobile_analytics_viewer,
web_analytics_viewer,
portal_analytics_admin,
portal_analytics_viewer
The user is not still able to see the dashboard https:// compdev.service-now.com/analytics and getting this message
Note:
The 'Service Portal Analytics' plug in has been installed and have ran the 'Create SP Analytics Settings' for the required portal. Everything seems to be enabled but no data is being gathered. I have set specific portal has 'Enabled=True' in the User Experience Analytics Settings table & "Enable Unauthenticated User Tracking" is also checked.
Is there anything else to check or set up?

Note: It is working for users with Admin ,HR admin and the following roles
analytics_admin,
analytics_viewer,
mobile_analytics_viewer,
web_analytics_viewer,
portal_analytics_admin,
