View is missing in HRSD module

Hello.

 

I have strange issue in QA.

 

In DEV and QA I got views:

When I'm opening a case in DEV I see like 2 sections for this view.

in the QA I just got this section with:

Comments/work notes

Looks like first section is missing in QA for me but configuration is exactly the same in DEV and QA:

What is wrong in QA? Config exists but it not visible.

Kindly please support.

Hi @Don Dom ,

Please try Typing in the "Comments/work note" section, then Save.

Then check if you can see the activities. field.

Sorry mayb I wrote wrong.

 

In DEV I see 2 sections   RED and GREEN screen below:

But in QA I see just section GREEN - the red is missing:

We got exactly the same config for this VIEW in DEV and QA but in QA the RED section with many fields is missing...
