in virtual agent topic list   HR admin can see all the topics even if topics is assigned  for a specific role . So wanted to check does HR admin has the privilege to see all the topic even if topic is only set for certain roles (ex : user onboarding)

Hello @nitesh83 - 

Yes, this is normal.

 

You can always go to the roles table to check on what a specific role is and if it is connected to or inherited from any other roles.

You can click in to the role and then follow along what else it gets/comes with it.

For this example: the sn_hr_core_admin role, this role also gets the following:

Clicking into the va.admin role you see there, that also contains:

So, it is perfectly normal for the user with the HR Admin role, to see topics within VA.
