What are Discuss button and Associate button in HRSD lifecycle event case form

What does the Discuss button and Associate Interaction button do in the HRSD lifecycle event case form view. What is the use of these UI Actions? Please Explain

Hello @akashkekan ,


The Discuss button is used to start an internal conversation like Sidebar Discussion to engage with other users or stakeholders within the HRSD environment related to HR case.

 The 
Associate Interaction is used to associate or link an existing interaction (chat, virtual agent interaction) with the HR case. This will be helpful in maintaining interaction history, also supporting reporting and auditing.
