Which to use? Listening Posts vs. Employee Experience Feedback

Good morning! Do you have an opinion/advice on which to use (Employee Experience Feedback or Listening Posts) when soliciting general feedback? I would guess there is not a use case to implement both but I may be wrong. Is the main difference that the Employee Experience Feedback function (including feedback drawer) is limited to either voluntary feedback (drawer) or explicitly tied to a workflow, whereas the Listening Posts app allows for more functionality/flexibility with soliciting feedback/surveying? 

My company does have HR Enterprise so we have the ability to use either function. Our current hitch is that that we have not yet deployed Employee Center, so I think we'll need to modify our CSS/header on our SP in order to get either function to show up properly.
