Why isn't the Workday HR Spoke available to install on my PDI?

We are looking at using the Workday HR Spoke.  I was wanting to take a look in my pdi but noticed it is not available within the plugins list or from the developer site.

'sn_hr_workday' is available on the PDI, but not 'sn_workday_hr_spke'
Does anyone know how I can get it installed?

Not all spokes are available on PDIs. the only way would be to have someone from serviceNow install it,
