Workday - ServiceNow Integration

I understand there are three options to determine this integration:

1. HR Service Delivery Integration - OOB for Worker Profile, Dept, Location, Todo's

2. HR Service Delivery Advanced Integration - Total Rewards Widget, Holiday Calendar Widget, Payroll Discrepancy, Time Off Request, Legal Name Change

3. Workday HR Spoke -

1. Are these 3 incremental and standalone? Can I just implement anyone? If we have worker profile coming in ServiceNow from another Application, can we just implement Option 2 (Advanced Integration) for total Rewards Widget, Holiday Calendar Widget, Payroll Discrepancy, Time Off Request, Legal Name Change

2. Can we opt for Option 1 and 2? or Just Option 3 (Workday Spoke)  and would it include Workday Worker Profile and other data that is part of Option 1 and Option 2.

2. Are all these 3 options bi-directional? or only the Workday HR spoke is bi-directional?

3. Option 2 (Advanced Integration) does it use Remote Tables or the data actually resides in ServiceNow for total Rewards Widget, Holiday Calendar Widget, Payroll Discrepancy, Time Off Request, Legal Name Change

4. In Option 3 (Workday HR Spoke) what does it mean by Action Category and Action Highlights (Lookup, Get, Request - Does it mean that it is bi-directional and records are getting updated in Workday via ServiceNow)

5. Can we move Employee pictures from Workday to ServiceNow Employee Profile via OOB Integration and which one is capable out of the above three options?

6. Am I right to say Option 1 and Option 2 are OOB, you cannot use for general purpose, only Option 3 Workday HR Spoke can be used for any custom requirement.

Thanks for your patience and your knowledge sharing. Appreciate & Thanks!

@ASHU_1 here is a newly published video walking through the Workday Spoke configuration. Although it does not answer all of your questions, this is a good resource to understand the configurations.

The Advanced features of the Integration are not leveraging the API for bidirectional communications.
