Hi All,
Please can you help me find a soloution wherein we can transfer the information asked from an end user on an email to automatically be passed in to ServiceNow upon responses being received from the end user.

@Karunesh Bhalla are you referring Email to ticket? You can make use of inbound mail actions, refer the below product document, it is available OOB for incidents. You can find the module under system policy -> Inbound Actions, there are several OOB action already in place for record insert and updates which you review and reuse for you use case.
