Child of a Incident tasks

Hi All,

Currently, we are using Incidents and incidents tasks. Incident tasks are the child of the incident. 

Now requirement is that incident tasks also need to create child equipment replacement requests via Rest integration with the vendor. 

Is there any out of box solution present to achieve this?

or should we create a custom application to manage these equipment replacement requests and link them to incident tasks?
