Compose on Incident communication Task

I'm working on enabling Incident communication plans and created Incident communication tasks. Tasks are created however when I click on compose I get below error on SMS tab. We have Notify enabled and I made sure the property is also set "com.snc.iam.notify_number" with Notify number. Any ideas ?

Hi Bharath,

Did you get any solution for this. For me, the From field is populated with the number correctly, but "To" is still readonly.
