We initially set up the Microsoft Teams Meeting Extensions for Major Incident Management using the 'single tenant' setup to roll it out accepting that we would be breaking the connection for the lower environments as we moved the configuration up to Production.
Now a few months later we are trying to configure the sub prod ServiceNow instances to connect to a single non-prod Teams instance ( Dev/IT/UAT will eventually all connect multi-tenant to MS Teams UAT environment, with Prod being 1-1).
Unfortunately manually configuring MS Teams to connect this way has proven to be incredibly fraught, so I am calling in some help in case anyone else has run across this (or also runs across this themselves).
we have configured the apps, the ids, and had them all published in the UAT environment. We have the secrets and ID's added to the lower environments. However I am stuck with not being able to get an access token because it keep failing out due to a proxy access issue with some connection I don't understand, called 'teamsproxy.service-now.com'. I don't know what to configure to let this 'proxy server' pass the required credentials on to our Teams instance.

would be fine @Community Alums as I am sure you are trying to link me to the link that documents how to configure it, but the link to those instructions is not correct and just takes me to a product page.

Hi Eric,
If you are still experiencing issues, did you happen to see the KB documented here? At the bottom it talks about how you can 'Navigate to “System Logs -> Outbound HTTP Requests” and search for - URL host name = 'teamsproxy.service-now.com' to troubleshoot any HTTP errors. They also have a helpful guide on how to identify if something has gone wrong so that info can expedite any HI case you may open.
