Hi Team,
i need to create a dashboard ticket which are repetitive, how can i do that is there any way in ServiceNow to achieve that if yes, what filter i can apply in the report to showcase, rather than doing in the excel.

What is the definition of Repetitive here? Like same category? caller?

@Dr Atul G- LNG like ticket 400 tickets received in same assignment group, rather downloading in excel check one by one which ticket repeats serval times, can we get this in ServiceNow in the form of dashboard view

Create a incident report and group by Assignment group. You can add these reports in Dashboard and add interactive filters

@Dr Atul G- LNG no this is not my question, my question is every month 400 tickets received in xxx assignment group what all tickets are repeats i need to see rather downloading and check one by one tickets in excel can i achieve this in ServiceNow dashboard.
