Hi Team,
i need to create a dashboard ticket which are repetitive, how can i do that is there any way in ServiceNow to achieve that if yes, what filter i can apply in the report to showcase, rather than doing in the excel.

That is what I asked , what is definition on repeats here?
Are you referring to Short Description or Category or CI ? Once you define this then need to see how the reports can be generated.

Based on short description is actually tough the reason is the incident may have different short description like
Issue in laptop
or
Laptop issue
for human both are same but for system these are different when come to compare. This can be ( not 100% sure as of now, but with Now Assist and Gen AI will help to bring this details.
