Does anyone else find Service Operations Workspace slow?

Hi All

 

We have recently moved to Utah switching on the new UI and also moving to the new Chat tool.

 

Our main Service Desk is outsourced supporting over 45,000 customers around the world and in all of their 5 locations they complain that compared to call module the system is intermittently very slow and hampering their ability to support our customers.

 

ServiceNow have been supporting us but so far nothing has made a major difference and we are a month in...

 

I just wondered if anyone has or is experiencing the same before we start engaging network teams etc.

@andreaswasmer any other solutions you are aware of as I note you work for ServiceNow. I've been working with William Dupree and I've sent this thread over to him and also we have sent to the Zurich account manager but I need to check if we have heard back at all.

Hi Sally,

I am working together with Ria and William on your case. They told me about the "rumour" on a standalone client and I wanted to check as there is none from ServiceNow.

All I know is what is on here from other poster - not something I had heard of. I need to catch up with Ria and William as I thought they had closed our case whilst I was on holiday but I meet with my internal team today so will question then.

I did raise this with SN support as a ticket, but it ended up getting closed as they could not replicate on their end, despite a remote session demonstrating the problem live.
